Event Booking for 2026

This is the £12.00 pre booking fee to help with funding the event.
We have to pay £250 per night for the event room, staff and other associated items such as administration costs , website costs, balloons, decorations, helium gas, prizes etc.

If there is a money surplus we will ask you on the Dinner night (18th April 2026) to vote for a Charity to donate to.

Charities  proposed are:- 

• Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund.
• Royal Air Forces Association.
• Help for Heroes.
• The British Legion.
