Payments

Please note that all payments on this website are made only for the purpose of reserving your place for the event. The service is via STRIPE.
When you pay, you will get full instructions via email of your purchase. Your Bank ref will be Leicestershire

Your “Event secure your place” booking fee of £12.00 is non refundable. However any left over cash will be donated on the Saturday night.

The following conditions regarding payment for your room/s and food to the hotel exists.

Cancellations

There is free room and meal cancellation up to 7 days prior to Friday 25th April 2024
Important :- After this any non-arrivals, will be charged.
